Hello , I have used the service many times , but 2 lasts times was awful , the 1 st time they didn’t pick up my laundry at all , the second time , they returned my laundry after 3 days ,without to tell me nothing and ignoring my messages , there were 2 pair of my sneakers , one of 2 was dirty like from the beginning! Never again , thank you
