With exception to some damage on sheets, the experience was seamless. Customer service has been very responsive in solving my issue.

While everything was packaged well and folded the fragrance of the soap was so heavy that it made me sick, and irritated my skin. I ended up rewashing everything when i got home. I was not happy with this experience at all!
